- Added new widget NavigationWidget to create header and menu
- Renamed view fhcnavheader as navigationHeader
- Renamed view fhcnavigation as navigationMenu
- Added new view navigation
- InfoCenter controller creates the header array
- NavigationHeaderWidget print the header items from an array
