Added GUI for 'Eigene Felder' + layout adaptations

. GUI: added multidropdown 'Eigene Felder', which contains fields of
the logged in user
. Layout: Message text area has now min and max height; sending
button now aligned correctly; multidropdowns now aligned to text area
