Refactor and Cleanup

- adapt tabulator and queries for remote pagination
- use formatterParams for messageStati to enable phrase logic
- adapt logic for mitarbeiter_uid
- refactor logic to use new Page, new Tab and newDiv with one child component
- add phrases
