Menüpunkt für Studentenmeldung unterscheidet nun zwischen "normaler" und Lergangsmeldung.

Der Menüpunkt Plausibilitätsprüfung wurde entfernt da er das selbe Ergebnis liefert wie "Meldung generieren"
