As of December 2009, students who have borrowed media are automatically sent an e-mail
reminder shortly before the due date as well as when their media has become overdue.
Users who fail to return borrowed media within 7 days of the due date will be blocked

The late fee shall be € 4 if paid within 14 days after being blocked from further borrowing,
