Johann Hoffmann a9b9cd59b0 noten api cleanup to enforce naming consistency; client really just reads server decisions to avoid duplicity as much as possible; avoided constant config fallbacks since high configurability is kind of the point of the last changes; fixed a few small bugs with freigabe frist config checking, saveLvNote, Antritt Dategap rules on edit, moved certain ui configs also to server; splitup of Benotungstool component; test suite additions; updated readme_local.txt and readme_noten.txt; WIP: decide which config setup we actually like to use ;)
