Cris d016e26e70 Added new AnrechnungJob deleteAnrechnungGrades ...

This job deletes Zeugnisnoten 'angerechnet', when Anrechnung is rejected
afterwards. E.g., when STGL first accepts, then withdraws and finally
rejects the approvement.
